Hi CCS, I usually read your posts and others in the forum, I haven't posted because I found answers just using search, and I haven't got anything new to share about hairloss...
I decided to post cause I read in your regimen that you take 3 servings of salmon a day. Even if the samon is wild, clean water etc, that is far more than necessary, and probably dangerous. Recommendations are around 2 to 3 servings a week. Up to 7 a week could be OK, I don't know. But the amount you are taking can have serious side effects: promote risk of stroke becouse excessive thining in the blood, Prolonged bleeding time for the same reason, and maybe even affecting our inmune system. I've read somewhere that the people with more rist lf hemorrhagic (sp?) stroke on Earth are the Greenland Eskimos, due to the amount of omega 3 fatty acids that they take on their diets.
It is great on small amount, a heart and probably brain protector, but please check in wherever fonts you trust about the serious risks of overdoing it. And also you can have problems overdosing vit A and D, and they are not a joke, either.
Sorry to be a scaremonger in my first post, but I thought I have the obligation to inform you. At least, please check it.
BTW, thanks for all your work in the foro, I am sure that I am not the only one reader - non poster who take advantage of your advice. Merry Christmas.
