coal tar versus zinc pyrithione (antidandruff stuff)

Hi,

I found this forum a couple days ago and have noticed that many people use Neutrogena´s T-gel (active ingredient coal tar), suppousedly because of its anti-inflammatory effects.

I was under the impression that zinc containing shampoos were even better than coal tar based ones.

Is it best to rotate both?

What is your opinion?.
