Cloned Follicles/primordia In hair transplant Recipient Areas

Question for the experts (maybe with previous hair transplant experiences, like @Swoop ):

we know that transplanted follicles can be implanted in areas where previous hair transplants have been performed, and they grow (this was the usual practice before megasessions, and some advocated that multiple passes result in a better yield). So, they can grow in micro-scarred environments.
Sometimes they even grow in bigger scars, if blood supply is still good (tested on myself by Feriduni).

So, why should this be different for cloned follicles/primordia in our holy future treatments? (Tsuji, Tissuse)
Are there any different conditions there, which might lead to a scarce regrowth?
