Chunk Of Hair Missing In The Back; Cause For Concern?

Hello, all. My girlfriend recently (maybe a month or so ago) noticed this strange chunk of hair missing from the back of my head. I have no idea why it's missing. Does this look like anything someone may be familiar with? I should also mention that my barber is very young (maybe early 20s) and, although I did not notice a mishap at the time, it is entirely possible that she may have made a mistake with the razor and was too embarrassed to say anything about it. I have no idea. I hope that that is the case, but I honestly can't tell what this is or isn't.

I am hoping for your sake it isn't but I have seen pictures very similar to that of people suffering from retrograde alopecia which is basically hairloss in the areas not prone to typical male pattern baldness.

I think that is just your hairline (the rear one!) that is so conformed. I would not worry.
