chest pain

has anyone experienced chest pains as a side effect to finasteride, i dont know why but after a few months i kinda get chest pains on the left side during the night, im hoping its not a sign of man boobs growing (i dont have that yet thankfully) but will this side effect go away?

I do get chest pains occassionally too.. It feels like heart burn or a muscle spasm in my chest. Not specifically my heart, but around it. It usually comes in spurts, like I'll have a couple in one or two days, then not have any for a month. Kinda weird and scary...

My joints ached a bit when first starting finasteride but i don't know if it was the cause.... i can't really think of anything reason though.
