Hello friends,

I have 22 years old, male, fighting hair loss since 2009. Back in 2009 i had a crazy emo hairstyle with very long hair, i am ashamed now what i were.
I colored/perm my hair, straightened, used lots of different styling products. The hair started to fall really bad when the hair was (deteriorated, destroyed, burned, fried, fragile, thin, itching)

The only treatment was to cut the hair short as posible, i realized after some time when the hair recovered some what dumb i am, but instead i bought a lotion to massage my scalp, the result was 0, lost a lot of hair while massaging the scalp.

The hair fell 8 month, in that time i cut it like 3 times and a few centimeters, that didn't stopped the hair loss. Finally i shaved my hair, started getting thicker, i waited 2 weeks and shaved again, again a little thicker. But the less hair was in the areas, less regrow was.

I have almost 15% left in the sideburns area, 35% in a part of the crown, %30 in front of head. Some parts of head i have some good hair and thin.
The less hair i have in areas the more fragile/thin is.

Now i cant let the hair grow to much because starts to fall, the hair loss is permanent. I keep the size of hair max. to 3-5 centimeters, then i could touch it with my tongue how long was and no hair loss.

I dont know what to do, i searched a lot and found that i am categorized in "Chemical Alopecia", and i quote from here:

"Chemical alopecia, ie hair loss as a result of chemical processing, is commonly seen. If sufficiently severe, there may be considerable damage to hair follicles; this can result in permanent hair loss.
Hair processing chemicals used in permanents/straighenening/bleaching is particularly strong. This processing penetrates the hair shaft and hair damage is seen, both in and outside of hair salons, including scalp burns. Layered chemical processing, ie more than one process, eg
perming/coloring/bleaching/straightening hair, before the last process has grown out, can be particularly damaging. The degree of damage will depend on the individual's natural hair fibre strength."

Finished quoting.

Sideburn areas are the most affected of my entire scalp, on this areas the color of my hair changed from
auburn(my natural color) to black, there is no thickness as a brush at all. Also if i try to massage one of that area, my roots sting.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, i will not try drugs such as propecia, if rogaine can be for this i will try it.
I am only interesed in regrowing the hair not looking to shine.
