Here is a picture of the top of my scalp. I am considering getting transplants. I would like to thicked up the temple area on either side of the forelock, which is still pretty strong, and add some thickness to the back.

I like the look of a receeding hairline, but would like some density.

Do you think I'm ready? Also, who are the BEST? (Wong/Armani??)

EVEN if you get transplants, the Dr will still want you on propecia to keep what you have, help the transplant hair, plus to keep even the sides thicker which all makes the difference to keeping a good look
