Cheapest ketokonazole in the UK?

Does anybody know of anything cheaper that Boots' own brand ketokonazole shampoo? Maybe some independent chemist?

One more thing: can you still find Nizorelle (1%)? I can't find it anymore.

I've plenty of Nizoral and Revita left but I saw Nizorelle on the boots site.

I'm interested to know the cheapest source too, as Revita keep but the price up.

Cheapest I can find Revita shampoo with postage is now £19, ridiclously expensive
