Changing shampoos - how to rotate topicals, medicines ?

Hi.
I neeed some advice:
I use over 1 year RU 58841 2 x 1 ml , Many antioxidants, Innovate -Japane 6BAP, T-flavanone as mentionet below the post.
I've recently bought Biocleansing shampoo-(Revivongen which incl. Vit C),
I have been using for 4 months: Tricomin - shampoo , conditioner, blue-therapy spray and FNS-Osmotics

Because I've read that Vit C is antagonist to copper peptide how do you think...., what is minimal time space between Shampoo incl Vitc and TicominConditioner or Folice TherapyTricomin --> is 4h space enough ?

2nd question: What is the best way how to change ?

A) 2 days Tricomin shampoo , then 2 days BioCleansing shampoo - (Revivongen) ?
B) or 1day/day ?
C) or week/week ?

Morning:
RU58841-5%, T-Flavanone, Tricomin Solution Follicle Therapy Spray, Kamiwaza , FNS - Follicle Nutrient Serum
Evening everyday:
Innovate, Tricomin, FNS-Osmotics, Innovate, T-Flavanone ,

Emu-Oil (every 3 day), Nizoral 1-2 x week.

SUPLEMENTS: MSM - 2-4grams
BIO SILICA - complex of Hair suplements
Omega complex 3-6-9 - 2x
Aloes - juice
MRM Liver X -
L-Tyrosine - 840 mg
RU , antioxidants like ALA, GSE, GTE ,Vit- B
complex all vitamins 50mgin a pill, Aloes
Mumio - 1x
Green Tee , Black tee, (NingHong Tee - much)
FatBurner without ephedrine - some times. :wink:
Paraprotex, Virago, GingSeng some days, BlackWalnutExtract,


3rd question - Is reccommended to make time space for taking supplements and for how long ???

I think you need to work on the coherance of your posts?

Maybe some actual drugs might help you too.. you know, minoxidil, finasteride... heroin.

A) Minoxidil ? - I don't want to begin play with minoxidil.
B) RU58841 ?
