The manufacturer is Ascend Laboratories from India. If you Google their name looks like they have done sketchy things.

It’s probably fine. Personally though I shell out $200 for brand name

Plenty of people have had results from the Costco brand and other generics. You'll be fine.

Short answer is no.

You can get generic minoxidil on Ebay as well which works same as name brand

There some meds where generics are specifically known to be more potent that generic, prograf for example.

No ones going to study it so we won’t ever have an exact answer
