Cetrizine (Zyrtec) Topical Solution shown to regrow hair!

I was wondering if anyone heard of this phenomenon. Apparently there has been another causal factor in male pattern baldness alongside DHT/Testosterone. The increase of PGD2 also aids in hair loss.

So, German "scientists(?)" devised a study which included using alcohol + cetrizine topical application in conjunction with minoxidil and their results were quite impressive. Ever since I googled many people having success with such a treatment, has anyone heard any other news in regards to this?

There's already a topical cetirizine thread about 80 pages long in this forum. In fact, at least around here, the cetirizine hype is almost dead
