The only reason you don't see a lot of bald actors is hair pieces. I think most people would be shocked if they knew all the actors wearing them. Not that they're all NW6s but any receding hairline on a leading man is covered up before the public knows.

You may have a point there. Anyway, the guy above is no way the sexiest man alive. There are tons of people out there taht are better looking.

Yup. Travolta, billy bob, the rock(when it's longer)... there's a whole bunch.

some people look good with no hair.. I.E. The Rock, Vin Diesel

then again, some dont... I.E Bruce Willis, Andre AGgasii

I think bruce willis looks pretty damn good bald. The guy has no hair left on top anymore and when he grows the sides out he looks 20 years older.

I agree. I find the M shape of slight recession to be more masculine and generally more pleasing than the very low hairlines. Only to a finite degree, though. Some people around here seem to have convinced themselves that a forehead must be postage stamp-sized for the hairline to be anything other than shitty. Perhaps they once had very low hairlines and wish for a return to those days. I donn't blame them for that, but most other people, male and female, are not as hot for the 'Jack from Lost' hairline as they are and don't consider Johnny Depp's hairline to be inferior for being higher.

Matthew McConoghey (SP? LOL!) had a pretty noticably receding hairling in the movie EdTV, but since then his hair seems to have firmed up a bit.

Apparently, according to some post I read on Tom Hagerty's discussion forum, he was in an interview with Conan O Brian, and Conan commented that his hair seemed to have gotten better, and Matthew responded something along the lines of a "miracle drug called revivogen".

Although, given the fact that he is a highly paid actor, he could afford to spend gross amounts of money on stuff like human growth hormone (Thats stuff's like $1200 a month)

Matt Damon has also either had a hair transplant or he went through a serious shed last year on treatments.

He wore a beanie for like 6 months -- even to black-tie events and stuff.

His hairline has really thinned out in the past few years, so I'm thinking it may be more of the latter; he's on treatments that led to a shed. He still has pretty good coverage to really consider a hair transplant, but who knows.

Too bad though -- he was known for his great hair in Good Will Hunting and Rounders.
