Ive about to start taking CB0301 50mg/day but cant decide on a vehicle.

Im considering:

- 70/30 eth/pg

- 70/30 eth/pg + 2-3 drops of DMSO for enhanced penetration

- I also hear a lot of people talking about using Neogenic but have no idea what that is ?!

Could someone also chime in on whether PG should be Propylene Glycerol or Propylene Glycol

Thank You !

Cassiopea register a new vehicle to use on December 2016 and they will make the clinical trials with this vehicle. Are you 100 % sure that using a normal vehicle don't go systemic ? If not, why they register a special "vehicle" to do the new clinicals ?

Can you link to this patent please?

Also, is this new clinical trial you're talking about for Winlevi or Breezula?

It was posted here, I can not post links cause I am "new" .Search for it, was december 2016 and a guy posted here about news for Breezula .
Not sure if they are using it for phase 3 on Winlevi , but it could be since phase 3, If I do not understand it wrong, started this year.

The post here was " Small Update From Cassiopea On Breezula " it is a google link and the guy who posted " Dolph" told :
"First of all, I want to point out that I recently came across the patent on their vehicle, which notes that it prevents CB from going systemic, and they have also figured out the stability problem:"

Ok I looked at it, thanks.

Hilbert, out of all the weird patent language and ambiguity, how did you pick out that specific 1:1:1 formulation? Is that what you're going to use now?

Yeah, I am also curious -- I spent a lot of time going over that patent (https://www.google.com/patents/EP3108879A1) and it seemed designed to obfuscate which vehicle formulation is actually being used, because many are mentioned.

@hilbert, where did you get 1:1:1 alcohol : PG : transcutol?
it's Example 4 in the patent. (they clearly say it's the one they used in the poc).
no, i won't use it since it's too oily. but i suppose less glicols would do the trick anyway... the systemic absorption they measured in vivo is so negligible.
