3000 grafts for his vertex? Holy fck seems a bit overkill to me
The procedure was also partially for the restoration of the hairline, not only the vertex area.
As requested by the patient, we do not show those results (privacy).
Our apologies for the misunderstanding here!

Does your doctor require everyone to shave the whole head for hairline work?
Not everyone, no, but it works best when the head is shaved.
It also depends on the amount of grafts needed, and in some cases it is manageable to do long hair extraction.
For people with long hair, we often shave micro or macrostrips so the long hair covers the shaved areas.
