Cant figure out my thinning. Whats the deal?

Seriously trying to get to the bottom of my strange general thinning. Seriously, my hair is thin ALL over. Not just in the typical male pattern baldness pattern. The side (even my sideburns) are equally thin.
Been on Propecia for about 3.5 years. Started Nizoral about 10 months ago. Been using the Lasercomb for about 1.5 months. No definitive results yet.
I just cant figure out why I have general thinning. Its getting pretty bad.

I believe it may have something to do with poor circulation as its something I've been struggling with lately (ie. cold feet and hands). I've been taking suppliments and stretching to help circulation. We'll see.

Anyone else have this problem?

Ive got thinning sides also. There must be something else going on along with male pattern baldness. Has propecia helped you maintain over the 3.5 years?

I have the same problem. diffuse thinning all over including the sides/sideburns. been on propecia around 5 years. my derm told me that propecia has a tendency to protect the top of the head better than the sides. this doesn't seem too likely, but I guess it would explain why my sides are getting thinner while the top is mostly maintaining my pre-propecia levels. any thoughts?

started minoxidil almost 2 mo. ago, and this seems to be helping to thicken things up all over.

do you have family history of hairloss?
do you have lower back pain?
does the area right under your eye balls darker(black) than the rest of your skin?

Yeah, how did you know? Seriously.

My father is about a Norwood 4. But he didnt start losing his hair until 30 and he said it was VERY slow.
I'm 22 an noticed thinning right about the same time I noticed serious circulation problems (about 19).
FYI, I started taking AgrinMax by GNC and in just two days I can already feel the blood flowing more freely too my hands and feet. AMAZING really. If anyone else has circulation problems as well, I highly recommend picking up some o' that sh*t.
