Canadians and 5% minoxidil

I saw recently that Health Canada (like FDA in US) has made 5% minoxidil OTC instead of prescription.

Can anyone confirm this / when will 5% minoxidil be available in regular stores like Kirkland in Costco?

Don't know if this is helpful, but.. I have had no problems ordering 5% Kirkland Minoxidil off ebay - both liquid and foam version.

There are some vendors that aren't charging a ridiculous markup on a years supply.

I've already seen Rogaine 5% foam at Walmart. I'm in Canada.

99.99 for 3 bottles though. Ouch
