Canada bound Anageninc RU58841 Fedex delayed in Memphis Tennessee

For those who buy their RU58841 powder from Anageninc, what is your experience like dealing with them?

I bought 5 grams of powder from them on sept 25 2023 to be shipped via Fedex to East Coast Canada.

It has been over 2 weeks now that the package is stuck in Memphis Tennessee with the status: DELAYED and no further information. It has been almost a month since I placed the order.

Is this normal?
What can I do to resolve this?
Do you have a better source of RU58841 powder for Canada?
