Can you do anything to prevent gyno while taking finasteride? Just some extra stuff you can add to prevent it just Incase? Tumeric ginger fenugreek and healthy diet or will it do nothing?

Yes you can. Its all about hormonal balance. That is why it is important to start with a low dose of finasteride to see what it does regarding gyno and regrowth. When you up the dose and start to see signs of gyno. Puffy nipples, tinteling etc than you can start to try some supplements to decrease estrogen. Its all about the balance between testosterone and estrogen in regards of gyno.
