Can You Get finasteride At The Minute Clinc Or Urgent Care? Im Freaking Out About How Much Hair I Just Lost.

in the shower I lost about 20 hairs just now. I have an appointment at the end of the month (first available). I don't want to wait that long. That's going to be hundreds of hairs gone at that point. Can I go to the urgent care for this? Or minute clinic?

You've lost 20 hairs in shower and you are afraid? Well, if normal person lost 100 hairs a day, that's 1000 in 10 days or 3000 in a month. And that's still normal hair loss, what exactly are you afraid of?

There are people who go on finasteride and start losing hundreds of hairs a day until they're bald as a side effect.

I'm shedding because of a steroid cycle and have finesteride but I'm afraid to touch it.

Never heard of that, is there any evidence (asking as i’m close to go on finasteride)

Just do some reading on this forum.

Finesteride can help hair or it can kill it. Same with minoxidil or aything else useful

90% of the time the shedding will get worse before it gets better though can you handle that?
