Can you carry concealers in hand luggage?

Has anyone carried fibres or sprays in their hand luggage on international flights?

They do let you take them in hand luggage. I always carry them in my backpack irrespective of whether I go to work or travel internationally. I've even sprinkled fibres on my head to fortify weaker areas in the crown and hairline mid-flight.

I think they let bring it in hand luggage but im always afraid I'll meet someone who will not like this, so I don't really take my haircare products in hand luggage
