Hello, I have been noticing that a decent amount of hair that sheds from the top of my head has a thin white substance that covers the root (aka the small white bulb). However I never find these stuff on any of the hair that shed from the back and sides. Though similarly i notice some dandruff on top of my head occasionally, however the substance that im talking about doesn't seem like dandruff. Can this damage/thin the hair over time?
