Can Treatments Improve Hair Texture.

So i was thinking about starting some treatment. I’m a Norwood 3 and i still have enough hair but the problem is that over the years besides thinning its texture started to get really bad and now it’s just completely frizzy and i can’t style it at all. So i was wondering if treatments could also improve the texture besides growing “lost” hair.
