Ive read some on the net and found this site:

"The ZMA group had 30% increases in free and total testosterone levels compared to 10 percent decreases in the placebo group... "
That is for people who worked out.
And if you google ZMA and sleep you find plenty of places of users who claim it increased theyr sleep alot and that they often have bizarre/cool dreams and most important, theyr morning wood is more frequent and stronger!
Just a thought for some people who had the side and perfer good sexlife than the hair. The increased testosterone might speed up the balding too i guess... But it might also get your erection back i think.
