+1 i need an answer for this question too... i lose hair around 20 to 22 years, but nowadays i only found 2-3 hair in my hand after shower... but the temples still thinning

Really?After seeing older pictures I think i have it like that since 15-16

You are receeding. I would start finasteride only, this will probably stop any future loss. Take a standard dose of between a half milligram and 1.25mg daily

its not the state of your hairline that gives it away that it is male pattern baldness it is the presence of miniaturized hairs at the temples. As far as I can tell that guy has no miniaturized hairs that are visible
