Can Telogen Effluvium Be In Horseshoe Pattern?

Hi all,
I am dealing hairloss for a few years and it came to the point where my scalp can be seen.
I am on Propecia and Nizoral, I think Propecia helped for some time but it looks really bad now.

I wanted to ask if maybe it can be Telogen Effluvium (which maybe makes the MBP situation worse).
So, can stress (Telogen Effluvium) be in the horseshoe pattern or make the horseshoe pattern worse, and if the stress goes away some hair might return?

Dear Headdy,

Telogen effluvium can trigger male pattern baldness. Either get on medications or start looking for a wig.
