lighter, ideally less harsh shampoos to use before nizoral than Jasons thin to thick? I have seen alot of people mention JTT causing serious shedding, and I really want to begin nizoral but am hesitant to use JTT. Thanks.

I still need something with salicylic acid in it to prep my scalp for maximum absorption of nizoral right? What are a couple that are less harsh than JTT?

I like T-sal. It makes my scalp feel great, but I wouldn't use it everyday. I use 2 to 4 times a week.

Another is Jason's Tee Tree oil shampoo, it's got sal. acid in it. I use a tea tree shampoo daily.

Is that not quite as harsh as Jasons thin to thick? Also, can this be put in combo with Jasons tea tree conditioner after nizoral?

If you compare the ingredients it appears to be less harsh. Follow the Jason tea tree shampoo with the nizoral and then use the Jason tea tree conditioner. The nizoral will probably dry out your hair so the tea tree oils will help moisten your hair/scalp. And the sal acid in the shampoo will exfoliate your scalp for better nizoral absorption.
