okay, i just started minoxidil. I don't wash my hair every day. maybe every other day i do. so that means i don't always wash my hair in between minoxidil applications. is this alright? my schedule is far too busy for me to be leaving it in for a few hours then washing it. can someone help me with this?

leaving it there is OK. dandruff and oil might prevent it from getting absorbed as well on the second day, though.
