can seborrheic dermatitis exacerbate hairloss?

can seborrheic dermatitis make male pattern baldness even worse.

ivw noticed one thing; when my scalps been fairly normal, i.e. like it was at the age of 16, ive noticed that less hair falls out.

my question is, is this generally a true assumption.

and does anyone know of a gel, cream, lotion, shampoo , whatever, that can work better that nizoral?

I doubt that the dermatitis will make male pattern baldness worse, but if your on a regimen it may have an impact on the possible regrowth u could get when using propecia or minoxidil, ect.

You may want to try getting some pure emu oil, or emu oil shampoo. I just started using it, and seems to be helping, but will know for sure in another week or so.
