CAN REGAINE X STRENGTH CAUSE YOUR HEART TO BEAT FASTER?

Hi all, been taking my blood pressure recentley with a monitor and have noticed my pulse has been high around 90 last nite it was 104 and I hadn't been doing anything physical... My blood pressure is normal for my agejust wondered if the regaine is making my heart beat faster? I can feel it doing so...

Yes, many people on the forum have experienced it when they take to much minoxidil on their scalp..rapid heart beat to panic attacks!

Oh right is it something I should worry about or is it just something I'll have to deal with if i want my hair? I'm only doing the 2ml a day application at mo...

Many people!? hardly. Just don't apply it when your scalp is damp to avoid overabsorbtion and you will be fine. A very, very small percentage of people experience rapid heart beat after applying, but it is/can be a side effect.

I think you could be right there, I have been applying it about ten mins after I wash my hair so perhaps i should give it an hour or so...

If it is significantly lowering your blood pressure, then a normal response would be an increased heart rate. I doubt that it is lowering your blood pressure thou.
