I wanted to ask you about using Propecia to target my crown. I’m a Caucasian male in my early 20s. I have problematic hair on both sides of my family – mom and dad. (However my paternal grandmother had great, thick hair). Since I have “bad†hair on both sides of my family I am, naturally, very concerned. I also have naturally high temples....think Daniel Craig.
Now, my hair color (brown) and texture is similar to my mom’s, or so I’ve been told (if that is of significance). I also have somewhat of a jagged, or not even, hairline. But I’ve always had this, and so did my paternal grandmother. The hairline is higher on my left, same as my grandmother’s was.
My question is, basically, is Propecia a good way to go, to at least maintain? Should I bother getting a prescription? Should I place any faith on Propecia?
