You're already obsessed over potential sides, which is why you flirt with trying finasteride and then stop, then wodner why you're not getting anywhere. If you move to minoxidil, the first time your eyes seem puffy, or you notice your heartbeat, you'll be getting yourself into a panic. If you aren't prepared to give medication a proper go for fear of side effects, you should just shave your head and have done with it tbh.

Look number one or zero buzzcut is best for you at the moment. Of course you can seen your balding outline but it will look better than having what you currently have. Look at Pep Guardiola or Roberto Di Matteo, they have similar loss but look good.

It also helps to apply the minoxidil. The Shadow of the buzzed hairline will still frame your face and make you look younger than this current style. I think your hair is too thin for concealers. Mine is thicker than yours and the concealer was coming off too easily. The thinner your hair is, the more concealer you need and the more fake it looks. When your hair is this thin even wind can knock the concealer out of your hair.

I'm back on finasteride now, you should start with a low dose, like an 8th of proscar or 0.5mg propecia and then build up.

I also had the chest/nipple pain but it went away eventually and never got moobs.

I only wish I knew about finasteride back when I was 22.

Oh well at least if I ever have kids (and assuming there is no 'cure' by then) then I would be able to advise my son on treatments.
