Can 2% Nizoral by itself help treat receding hair/ thinning hair?
I think I may have a receding hairline... my temples mostly, I'm not too concerned though cause I don't ever see my hair shed in the shower. But all the men in my family except one uncle are bald so I kinda know what's coming lol.
Anyway I'm wondering if Nizoral by itself can treat male pattern baldness? I dont even need more hair just to keep it as is. In Canada we can get 2% OTC so I'm wondering if it's worth trying out without buying rogaine or anything else. The only thing I do now is take Zinc and Omega 3 supplements but that's because I used to have really bad acne (was on accutane for 8 months too btw.. did not notice any hair loss)
