Can My Crown Still Be Saved By Oral Minoxidil

I used topical minoxidil for about 5 month.But it was too harsh on my scalp even the foam version so i had to stop the use of topical minoxidil.Now i am noticing a reduced density at my crown
here are the pictures.So can i even maintain this wuth oral minoxidil?
