Can Minoxidil keep what i gained with proecia?

for 4 years i have been on propecia and i started to thing it doesnt worth the anxiety and panic attacks even though im more than satisfied with my hair.Can minoxidil keep i what gained with propecia? Does anybody had a similar experience and now regrets quitting propecia? How long will be the shedding?

İs there anybody who used finasteride for 4 years or so then stopped taking it and switched to minoxidil? i cant find anything about this and im not sure what to do. thanks

Only hair grown with minoxidil is dependant on minoxidil.

minoxidil won’t maintain hair grown by finasteride, so if you stop finasteride and start minoxidil, you’ll loose the hair you’ve grown/maintained with finasteride.

You could try a lower dose of finasteride, or give Avodart a try.
