Can minoxidil+finasteride,given enough time,convert all miniaturized hair into normal

I am using the minoxidil and finasteride combo for about 3.5 months now,mainly for my temples ,I have seen great results but as I go lower to my temples (from the upper side of the mature V-gap) ,the miniaturized hairs are more and more miniaturized,this hairs where not there before I started the treatment but they are progressing slower than the rest of the hair on the temples .So my question is will finasteride and minoxidil be able to cure this miniaturizes hairs too given enough time,say 6-12 months) or this follices are just too much damaged from the dht?

In theory yes they can but only if you are one of the very very lucky ones.
