can it be finasteride?

I've been on finasteride for about a month an a half, this morning when I woke up I had this unbearable pain in my gut right undeneath my belly button that went all the way down to my penis. It almost felt like I needed to take a real bad piss, but the thing is if I even try to turn on my side the pain would only get worse, I had to stay in my bed for and extra hour just laying there still without moving before the pain went away and I was able to get up and go to the restroom. I should also add that I drank I few beers last night maybe that could have been it?, or can it be a side effect from finasteride?

go to doctor, it could be an ucler, gastro entro problem, don't always blame propecia, but i could be, for me i thought i was Propecia, but it was an ucler, that is now healed
