Can I use Nizorelle (1%) everyday?

I have finally found Nizorelle at Morrison's (UK). Unlike Nizoral, there's no indication on the label that it should be used infrequently. Can I use it every day?

Are you talking by experience? Have you tried it yourself? It would be dangerous if the manufacturers hadn't specified this on the label!

@Do you add your oilve oil directly to the shampoo? How do you make the mix? How many parts of oil per bottle of shampoo?

Yes I have tried it myself and I have read countless other stories of people over using it.

It dries out the scalp pretty bad over time from over use.

Since your guys are from the UK, y dont you use the 2%?

I wish 2% was over the counter in the states, but only 1% is

I have used the 2% in the past. I wanted to use the 1% after reading the thread that suggested that 1% might be more effective.
