can i use expired proscar????

Yes of course. It's not like 12:01 am August 1st it's just suddenly going to go from good pill to useless. It'll be good for a long time past that date. Food is really one of the only expiration dates you have to worry about, but even that you can go a bit past.

There are studies out there that claim when properly stored medicines last a very long time.

Have been told that medicines still can be used for 3 months after the the expiration date when properly stored. So I there should be no problem to use it.
