Can I Really Go For A Haitransplant ?

Hello, guys I really need your Help.
I started getting bold since I was 18 yo. Now I'am about 26 years old and i want to get a hair translant.
I started with finasteride (1,25mg/day), six months ago. May Hair loss stoped but there didnt grow any new hair (I am thinking of a minoxidil treament).

I always consulted a Hair Transplant Company , known as one of it's best in the Europe Uinion. They said because of my blonde hair 4k to 4,5k grafts FUT might cover the whole scalp.
I am really not sure about this as you can see my hair is very thin but my donor, I guess it's ok. I draw a new Hair Line to let you know what my expectation is.

Do you think i can take a hair transplant with a well result ?
In your opinion, how many grafts do I need ?
At last, do you morely classify my scalp in NW4 or NW5.

It depends on what are your expectations. I would do 5k as you want a good hairline. 4k is not enough.

Hello, thank you for you answer. So I just uploaded a picture with my planning. I would like to go on the first Strip with about 4000 grafts:
The Hairline with about 3000 Grafts and the middle with about 1000 Grafts.

The next step i would choose is a FUT or FUE (but I prever FUT) with about 2000 Grafts to the back.

How do you think about my planning and do you think my donor is made for this high Graftcount?
I also added a new pic of my donor.

4000 and 2000 Grafts in two sessions seems legit for me.
As you can see my favorite surgeon does this with great sucess.

To do many micro sessions on my status wouldn't moreley increase my chanches

bro before doing your hair transplant , you should wait at least 1 year on propecia , and add minoxidil for sure . you might get unexpected result .
If you are not afraid of sides , i would do minoxidil 15 % and dutasteride .

I am taking finasteride now for 6 Months and I guess Hair Loss stoped due i cant see any lossing hair in my comb.
I think i will start with minoxidil at the next month.

Is minoxidil a life term treatment like finasteride or do I just need to take it until their are new Hair?


Do you recomment this to me because i might get much more hairs if possible or just to stop hair loss?

Oh just some little hair a bit.
I think the folliceles are just morely "dead" and i started the treatment to late, I guess.
But maybe i will get some results in about 3 Months, would be fine.

As you recomment to use minoxidil, its just available here in a 5% liquid and i wont break the laws.
Do i have to apply it at the morning and the evening (eq 2 times)?

And is it okay if i just apply it on the thinning hair / loss area? (I dont want to apply it on the sides).

On your experience, is there really some amazing result possible?

You could do it. But what if you could have ALL of your hair back? That way the density would be
the same?

Just try the big two. It is possible. With Minoxidil and Finasteride, you could get up to 85% back.

EIGHTY FIVE PERCENT. You could be a Norwood II. You would feel so much better about your
hair if you had your density back.

I will now do two things: I will save money for a Hair Transplant and I will start now the minoxidil and finasteride treatment.

I guess as I have nothing to loose and minoxidil is as cheap i cant get a negative effect, just positives.

So if finasteride+minoxidil doesnt help well and just stops the Hair Loss how many grafts you think are needed for " hair line and building up the frontal third" I still thinking about an FUT.

Added a Picture with daylight and draw a Line and a Circle to appeal professional.

Yes, you should go for a hair transplant because if its too late then you would not have any option further. So, its better to get a consultation from a sincere expert who can make you feel happy and comfortable.

Hey feeling a bit uncomfortable can you guys judge my norwood state i am still a 5 or a 6 :S?

I am on minoxidil and Finasterid daily now but i dont have hope to regain anything because is shaved my forehead and the most hair is minitaurized AS f*** :s
