Can I Keep The Hair From Spironolactone After Stopping It?

I'm currently on finasteride. If I take spironolactone can I keep the hair it grows back after stopping it?

That's so rarely used by men that it's hard to say what the chances are of keeping it. You definitely won't keep without using some sort of anti-androgen or 5ar inhibitor.
