Can I have success on big 3 or am I too far gone?

I'm not a dermatologist by any means, but I would only recommend dutasteride if your hair is falling out at such an alarming rate that you don't think you could afford to wait another 6 months to get on dutasteride. If you can afford another 6 months, however, I'd try finasteride for that period of time. I've seen people with a lot worse than yours start to regrow most of their hair back on finasteride. Take my advice with a grain of salt though. Everyone is different.

Cheers,

You're not that far gone. Start out with finasteride, and if that's not doing it then try dutasteride.

As others have said you're not too far gone but it's true that the earlier you get on finasteride the better. It really depends what you mean "success" though. You're unlikely to get regrowth in the areas where it is completely bald (eg the temples) with finasteride but if you're a good responder you've got every chance of at least maintaining the hair you have and possibly even some thickening. Remember that everyone responds differently to finasteride so ther's no definite answer but like I said the vast majority of men at least keep the hair they have.
Finally, if it's any consolation my hair is similar to yours and I've had good results after a few months.
