Can I Glue A Synthetic Hair System / Wig?

Hi guys.

So for the last 3 years i've been wearing a spiky blonde wig that I bought from aliexpress for like $30. I live with my grandfather who knows I am balding so I just put it on when I go out or if someone comes over.

After a while the front of the wig digs into my forehead and feels annoying, and also when I lie down the wig moves so I have to take it off to go to sleep. Also once in strong winds it blew off, so yeah that was real fun! I'm getting kinda tired of this though, so I was wondering if it's a good idea to just glue the damn thing on!

I'm assuming it will be less irritating with the front of the wig placed on glue rather than on my skin, and that I can sleep with it without it moving for a few weeks.

Thoughts?

What did you expect for $30 lol.

If you want a realistic wig apparatus perhaps consider going with somewhere that produces real remy hair. I can only imagine how unrealistic synthetic must feel, and look. You want real smooth, and silky hair... it will run around 200 a piece but it will look realistic.

Perhaps look into better adhesives, because wind should not knock your piece off.

How do you attach it currently?

You need to spend a bit more than $30 for something to look good and last

I would recommend using tape. I think it will be fine. Given it is a cheap one, I would probably stay away from liquid glue
