Dude no, it’ll only accelerate the cause.
Androgenetic Alopecia is all about genetics however external factors like may speed up the process:
1.Stress
2.Smoking
3.Hair Colouring
4.Heating
5.Pollution & what not.
6.Bad Lifestyle.

Take my advice with a grain of salt as I’m a new forum member, but I would also caution against using chemical dyes on your hair.

If you’re wanting to darken your hair, perhaps natural dyes like henna or indigo would be of use to you.

Don't do it you will kill follicles. Most dyes will have some from of ammonia as a base. Ammonia commonly causes itching, irritation and burning when applied directly to the hair and scalp.
