Might sound like a weird question, but I buy a make of minoxidil called Shaltop... It's very cheap and also contains retin a so I am keen to continue using it...
The problem is they seemed to have changed something and it now makes my hair stink of fish! It's really disgusting!!!
Can I pop a peppermint oil in to the minoxidil to mask the smell, or is this a bad idea due to it interacting badly with the minoxidil compounds etc, or even being bad for my scalp if applied to it?
Anyone have any suggestions on what I can add to get rid of the smell and make it a little more pleasant smelling?
