Can hair loss be reversed?

I mean, my hairline has receded somewhat since I was 17/18. Can that hair ever come back, besides with a transplant?
I've read that Propecia can promote regrowth, and so can Rogaine. Do these products only grow miniaturized hairs that are still there, and thicken existing hairs? Thanks.

You cant do anything about hair that's gone. All that Propecia will do is reverse the miniaturized hairs and maintain them for as long as possible.

If there's no hair to reverse then that's that.
