Can hair loss be related to having a big head(Scalp expans.)

I've always had a huge head for my structure, (I'm only 5'9") and I can't fit into most hats. You know those Reebok "FlexFit" hats, or the "One size fits all?" They BARELY fit... they literally cut off circulation so I can't wear them.

My one buddy has a big head as well, and is also thinning / receding.

Thoughts?

DHT is a key factor in hair loss, but not the only cause.

I'm trying to solidify my observations. I know many people who have hair loss the same as, or worse than mine (norwood 3, thinning crown) who also have big heads. Maybe this lends into the skull expansion theory.

This guy is called "Head" because he has a big head. Nevertheless a big full head of hair.

I bet my head is bigger, and HEAD is also 6" taller than me.

My head is considerably bigger now than it was when I was 18; again, back to the subject here, has Scalp Expansion "theory" been refuted?
