Can finasteride work for temples/receeding hairline?

I'm currently on a regime of finasteride and Nizoral for my thinning crown/vertex. However my temples have started thinning, my hair line hasnt receeded yet, as it's still in one line and all that. Was wondering if finasteride can actually stop this from thinning further or should I start using Rogaine foam on temples. I really wouldn't wanna lose my straight hairline as its been holding up like this for a few years now, but Ive noticed the right side temple has recently got alot thinner...

It works for many at least maintains it for a long time.If you find it is not working then I reckon you would recede even faster without it.If you decide to use the foam for the temples[which is a good idea] then don't stop finasteride.

Thanks dude I don't mind losing my temples and stuff when Im like 30...
but Im 21 right now and for these next few years I wanna still be as good looking as I am right now, I don't mind if it catches up with me, like you said it would of been way worse without the drugs man.

Ill gladly add the foam, the regime is not a large sacrifice to maintain emotional stability lol!
Ill give the finasteride 6 months anyway, hopefully my hairline stays like this.
