Can finasteride reduce body (arms, legs) and facial hair?

I tried searching and nothing conclusive came up. Recently I have noticed I seem to have slightly less leg and arm hair as usual, and my facial hair is growing in much more slowly. Is this due to the reduction in DHT and totally normal? Could I use rogaine on my arms and legs to reverse this or should I let it alone?

I think i might have had a slight decrease in body hair but it's not been that noticeable. I think my facial
hair does grow slower and finer but since I shave everyday anyway it's not a big issue. It just means
my five o-clock shadow is more like a midnight shadow.

I would not use minoxidil on large area's like that becuase I would think you might get too big a dose
internally of minoxidil. I know 15% twice a day on my scalp really affects my blood pressure.
