Can Finasterid Be The Reason I Had A Panic Attack?

So listen, I don't want to be one of those guys who exagurate everything like "do finasteride cause cancer?" but... Here's the thing. I already got some fear about my heart, I felt like something was wrong. I've been taking finasterid 1 mg for a week now. And yesterday something strange happened.
Boom! A heart attack. Or so I thought. I immidiatly called the ambulance, when the ambulance arrived it passed. They've done some test and found nothing wrong with my heart. Doctor said that this was probably a panic attack because when I started thinking about my condition, that feeling would come back again.
Today I've talked to a psychiatrist and he was 100% sure that what I'm going through is a panic disorder. All the fear just built up inside of me... And then exploded yesterday.
So, I'm not saying that finasterid just created the panic attack out of the blue when I didn't have any fear. Because I already was a paranoid person. But can finasterid be the cause of my panic attack? Because in the side effects it said that it could cause depression, which then could result in a panic attack. What do you think? This is my first time ever feeling like this and it happened 1 week after I started finasterid.

I mean it is always possible I suppose. Some people are deathly allergic to stuff like morphine, so panic attacks from finasteride wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility as a rare side effect. I guess you could try ceasing finasteride usage and see if the panic attacks subside.
