Can crown thinning be stopped before it progresses?

I noticed crown thinning within the last 6 months. I’m 26, and the hair density around my vertex area has decreased quite noticeably compared with before.

Is it possible to slow down or stop the progression? For anyone with experience with male pattern baldness treatment, which treatments have you tried?

I’d really appreciate advice on how quickly someone should act when hair loss starts at an early age.

Try Rogaine first since just starting. I use the equate brand from Walmart and i use the liquid. Its very cheap and should fill in the area but its effectiveness slows over time.
